Product Designer
Shape the user experience of tools used by healthcare organizations across the country.
About the Team
Our design team is the voice of the user at Aquila. You will work alongside engineers and product managers to create intuitive, accessible experiences for healthcare professionals managing complex data workflows.
What You'll Do
- Own end-to-end design for key product surfaces including dashboards, onboarding, and provider portals
- Conduct user research and usability testing with healthcare professionals
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups in Figma
- Collaborate closely with engineering to ensure pixel-perfect implementation
- Contribute to and evolve the Aquila design system
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of product design experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or health-tech
- Strong portfolio demonstrating complex workflow and data-heavy UI design
- Proficiency with Figma and modern prototyping tools
- Experience working in cross-functional agile teams
- Excellent visual design sense and attention to detail
Nice to Have
- Experience designing for healthcare or regulated industries
- Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA)
- Basic front-end development skills (HTML/CSS/React)
